This meeting allows us to determine if we’re a good fit for one another while giving you an opportunity to ask questions and share your expectations. We’ll provide professional guidance, outline the next steps, and help give you peace of mind as you move forward with the process.
Estate Preparation
During the estate sale preparation process, we provide all the supplies needed to get the home sale-ready. Our team carefully sorts, organizes, researches, prices, and merchandises items throughout the property, creating attractive and easy-to-shop displays.
We also remove any obvious trash and help transform the home into a clean, organized shopping environment. We believe presentation matters—well-displayed items catch buyers’ attention, showcase their value, and ultimately help maximize sales. Our goal is to make the home look inviting while ensuring every item has the best opportunity to sell.

Donation Service
Every estate sale is different, and the items remaining after a sale can vary greatly. Whenever possible, we strive to keep usable items out of the landfill and ensure they find a second life within our community.
We work closely with several local organizations and community partners to place leftover items where they can make the greatest impact. This includes donating medical equipment to organizations that provide it free of charge to individuals in need, supporting groups that furnish homes for those recovering from difficult circumstances or transitioning out of abusive situations, and donating to thrift stores whose proceeds benefit local animal shelters.
We are thoughtful about where donations go because we genuinely care that the items entrusted to us continue to be useful and appreciated. While coordinating donations requires additional time and effort, we believe it is an important part of the process. Many of our clients find comfort in knowing that their belongings are helping others and supporting worthwhile causes within the community.
Cleanout Service
Many of our clients choose to add our cleanout service after the estate sale is complete. Once the sale has concluded and all donations have been distributed, our team can remove any remaining items from the property—from large furniture all the way down to the last bar of soap.
This service leaves the home empty, swept, and ready for its next chapter, whether that means listing it with a realtor, preparing it for a new tenant, or getting it ready for family members to take possession. Our goal is to make the transition as simple and stress-free as possible by handling the final steps for you.
