She listens and understands the sadness a senior and/or their family goes through and the memories associated with all their belongings. I tried to help set up an estate sale. It was time consuming. It was taking a long time trying to price things, we started to set up the sale, then we were going to have to have the sale and then more time and expense to get rid of things that did not sell. I was so glad Early Bird Estate Sales came in and quickly priced things for the sale, had the sale and then cleaned out the unsold items. Kaleigh at Early Bird Estate Sales did what she said she was going to do and she did it as soon as she said she would or faster. She and her crew were very efficient. I was surprised at how many customers came to the sale.

They are well organized, present a clean showing, had available extra help to take heavy items to cars for seniors (a plus), pricing was as expected to benefit the estate owners with graduated reductions in price throughout weekend to clear home, negotiations were excepted on last day. Overall they get an A+ for service and quality of care for owners property. Give them a try if you are in the market to clear an estate.
