They displayed everything beautifully, and i thought they priced items respectfully, and competitively. They are hard workers who get the job done. The sale was very successful because of them. Awsome, Honest. Efficient and Professional. We hired Kaylee at Early Bird Estate Sales to liquidate my parents estate. My parents were life long collectors of nearly everything, but primarily art, antique glassware, china and anything kitchen. Their collection was huge. It was a project I never would have dreamt of undertaking myself. Locating the right company to handle the estate was stressful. I met with Kaylee and immediately had a good feeling about her. My name is Kaleigh Zeits, and I am the owner of Early Bird Estate Sales.

People often ask how I got into estate sales. The honest answer is that it feels like I was born into it.

Growing up, I spent countless hours around resale markets, estate sales, antique stores, traveling markets, and pop-up events with my father. What some people might see as clutter or “just stuff,” I learned to see differently. I saw history, value, craftsmanship, memories, and stories.

My father had an incredible eye for antiques and collectibles. He could look across a room and quickly recognize whether something was special, rare, original, or worth a closer look. Being around that kind of knowledge from a young age shaped the way I see homes, belongings, and the hidden value inside everyday items.

Over the years, I immersed myself in buying, reselling, staging, pricing, and merchandising. I studied antiques, jewelry, furniture, glassware, household items, collectibles, and the details that help determine value. That experience became the foundation of Early Bird Estate Sales.

But this work is not only about pricing items correctly. It is also about people.

Many of our clients are going through a difficult transition. They may be settling a loved one’s estate, preparing to move, downsizing, or facing a situation that feels overwhelming. I care deeply about making that process easier. I want families to feel supported, respected, and confident that the job is being handled the right way.
